1. Programme Payment

1.1. A quote is valid until the specified due date.

1.2. A 30% deposit is required to confirm the booking.

1.3. Full payment due 30 days before arrival.

1.4. Fees may be altered until the booking is confirmed due to force majeure, such as inflation.


2. Accommodation Changes

2.1. Changes are available depending on providers availability.

2.3. A fee applies for accommodation changes requested by the client after confirmation until 8 days before the arrival.

2.4. A week’s accommodation fee applies for changes within 7 days from the arrival. Fees do not apply to upgrades/extensions if available.


3. Transfers from and to the airport

3.1. An extra fee will be applied for arrivals between 9pm and 7am

3.2. Transfer changes require 7 days’ notice; additional fees may apply.


4. Cancellation Policy

4.1. Over 30 days before start: Full refund minus deposit.

4.2. Between 30-15 days: 50% refund.

4.3. Less than 15 days: no refund but can apply part of the fees to future program.

4.4. No-shows: No refund or credit.

4.5. If a partner company has a different policy, their refund policy will be replacing the above.

4.6. We strongly suggest to get an insurance covering the trip cancellation.


5. Communication

5.1. Communication is via our representatives or members of staff exclusively. Unauthorized direct communication with schools or suppliers may result in penalties and it will be considered a breach of contract.


6. Accommodation & Travel Details

6.1. Confirmations will be issued on the week before arrival and only if payment has been received in full.


7. Accident & Medical Insurance

7.1. Students are responsible for obtaining adequate insurance. Sagitter Training is not liable for medical costs or accidents.

7.2. Students can buy a medical insurance via Sagitter Training

7.3. Sagitter training is not responsible for any agreement between the student and the insurance supplier.


8. Visas

8.1. Students are responsible for obtaining and maintaining visas.


9. Public Holidays

9.1. No refunds or compensation for classes or activities missed due to public holidays.


10. Course Entry Levels

10.1. Students must meet minimum language levels.

10.2. The school supplier may adjust the student’s class or participation on a programme according to their language level


11. Promotional Activity & Image Use

11.1. Permission is granted for promotional use unless otherwise stated in writing.


12. Data Protection

12.1. Compliance with data protection laws and regulations.


13. Force Majeure

13.1. Sagitter Training is not liable for events beyond its control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, or civil unrest. Programmes may be cancelled, postponed, or modified, with reasonable solutions offered but no guaranteed refund.


14. Dispute Resolution

14.1. Any controversy or dispute arising in connection with these terms and conditions shall be resolved through friendly negotiation between the parties. If no agreement is reached, the parties may resort to mediation or arbitration in the UK, as mutually agreed.
